Cilantro Seed Packets - Coriander
Annual Herb: Also known as Coriander. Leaves are an essential ingredient in Chinese and Latin cuisine. Good heat resistance and slow to bolt. Grows to 50 cm (20") tall.
Sowing: Sow seeds outdoors in mid to late May or start indoors and transplant after danger of frost is passed. Space 2.5 cm (1") apart and sow 3 mm (1/8") deep in a sunny site with average soil.
Comments: Seeds are used as an ingredient in curry powder.
