Days to Harvest: 80. The fruit of this Amish heirloom variety is deeply lobed, green shouldered and slightly purplish-red in colour. Vigorous produce has potato like leaves. 

Sowing: Start indoors in a soilless medium 6-8 weeks before last frost. Germinate at 21-24C (70-75F). Transplant 4 cm (2") seedlings to own containers and grow under 16-21C (60-70F) light. Transplant to loose organic soil in a sunny site in mid to late May.

Comments: Not a beauty but has the best tomato flavour going. Staking required.
