Days to Harvest: 55. Here is a plant that is almost too pretty to eat! Visually stunning white striped hot pink petioles contrast nicely with dark green deeply savoyed leaves. Peppermint is entirely edible however it is also very useful for colour in containers or for late season colour in the garden.

Sowing: In a sunny spot, sow seeds in successive crops every 2 weeks from mid spring until early summer.

Comments: Harvest outer leaves first by cutting off at the base of the stem then working towards the centre. Harvest regularly for a continuous supply of tender new growth.
