Biennial: Beautiful flowers in colours of pink, rose and red add an early, vivid impact to the garden. Large clustered flower heads are comprised of fragrant, individual flowers. Heat tolerant.

Sowing: Start seeds indoors in April. Germinate at 20C (68F) for 10-14 days. Sow outdoors by mid-May. Prefers a rich, fertile soil. Blooms the following summer. Plants self seed.

Comments: Excellent for cutting as well as mass planting in borders. Cover with light mulch in winter.
