Sunflowers Seed Packets - Summer Moon
Easy to grow! Multi-branching plants produce loads of small flowers.
Sowing: In late May or early June choose a sunny site with well-drained soil and sow seeds 6-12mm deep, 8-10cm apart. After germination, thin or transplant to 30-45cm apart. Start seed 2-3 weeks before last spring frost, indoors under lights or in a greenhouse. Sow into jiffy-7 peat pellets or peat pots filled with soilless mix. Transplant into a full sun location after all danger of frost. Regular irrigation and fertilizing is essential for best results.
