Blue Spruce Stonecrop (Sedum reflexum or Sedum rupestre) is a tough, low-growing evergreen succulent featuring steel-blue, needle-like foliage that resembles miniature blue spruce branches. It grows 4 to 8 inches tall, spreads up to 24 inches wide, and produces bright yellow star-shaped flower clusters in summer.
