Perennial: One of the best of the Black-Eyed Susan family! A mass of thick , dark green leaves really makes the black eyed, intensely golden yellow flowers jump out at you.

Sowing: Start seed indoors 8-10 weeks before last frost. Press seed into the growing medium but do not cover. Keep at 21C (70F) during the 14-21 day germination period. After germination, grow on at 15C (60F) then harden off and transplant outside to a sunny spot after the danger of frost has passed.

Comments: Makes a lovely, long lasting cut flower. Reliable carefree plants.
