OSC Herb: Important component of poultry stuffing. Perfect with lamb and pork. Pleasing fragrance released when leaves are handled. Grows to 60-90 cm (24-36") tall.
Sowing: Sow seeds outdoors in mid to late May, August and September or start them inside and transplant outside after the danger of frost is past. Space 2.5 cm (1") apart and sow 3 mm (1/8") deep in a sunny location with average soil.
Comments: Zones 8-10 hardy. Bring inside to overwinter.
