Days to harvest: 90. The slender 15 cm (6") parsnip-like roots of this heritage variety have a delicate parsley taste that is great for flavouring soups and stews.  A good winter keeper.

Sowing: Sow in early spring.  Soil should be highly organic and well drained, as roots will twist in heavy soil.

Comments: Cover seedbed with burlap until first seedlings appear.  Avoid high nitrogen fertilizers as they encourage hairy roots.
