Poppy Seed Packets - Oriental Scarlet

Truly spectacular flower in the early summer garden with its brilliant red flowers, black centres, and rich green foliage. Crepe textured flowers are supported on long, graceful stems. May need staking.

Sowing: Start seeds indoors late February to early March. Do not cover seeds. Germinate at 20 degrees celcium (68 degrees farenheit) for 14-21 days. Grow on at slightly cooler temperatures. Barely cover seeds outdoorsd May to mid-July or late fall for germination next spring.
