Penstemon Seed Packets - Sensation Mixed Colours

Perennial: Colourful, tubular flowers of scarlet red are abundantly borne along tall flower spikes. Foliage is neat, often glossy and unusually evergreen.

Sowing: Sow seeds outdoors in early spring. Cover seeds lightly and keep moist during 10-15 day germination time at 18-20C (65-70F). Plant in sunny site with rich, well drained soil.

Comments: Half hardy perennial requires a winter mulch in areas of severe cold or with little snow cover.
