Days to harvest: 78. Glossy leaves are flat, deeply cut and a vibrant dark green.  Rich flavour makes them an excellent choice for seasoning.  Widely used in European cuisine.

Sowing: Sow seed in successive crops every 2 weeks from May to July in a sunny location with average soil.

Comments: Cover seedbed with burlap until first seedlings appear.  Lightly feed with high nitrogen fertilizer several times during the season.
