Carrot Seed Tape - Mercurio F1 Hybrid

Days to Harvest: 70. This Nantes-type carrot produces distinct blunt-ended roots that average 15-20cm (6-8") long. A great tasting, tender, typically coreless carrot wit a rich bright orange colour. Mercurio is an original Nantes hybrid carrot!

Sowing: Sow successive crops 2 weeks apart from mid spring to early summer. For best growth select a sunny spot with a well prepared light soil.

Comments: Keep the seedbed evenly moist during the germination period. Fes best seedling emergence, avoid crusting over the soil  while the seeds are sprouting. Do not use a high nitrogen fertilizer with carrots.
