Nasturtium Seed Packets - Dwarf Jewel Mixed
Annual: Glorious masses of tropical looking floers are produced well above the foliage on this non-trailing variety. Semi-double flowers are produced in numerous combinations of red, yellow and orange.
Sowing: Start outdoors in late May in dry, sandy soil, 3 cm (1") deep and 5 cm (2") apart. Thin to 20 cm (8") apart after 7-12 day germination time. Flower production suffers if fertilized or planted in rich soil.
Comments: Stunning as a mass planting. Pick off faded and spent flowers to encourage continuous blooming.
