Microclover - Pipolina

A miniature version of white clover producing a lush, compact dark green goundcover. With regular mowing at 5-7.5 cm high, it grows with less flowers and much smaller leaves than white clover. Best in sun/part sun.

Sowing: Overseed in spring or late summer at 25 g per 100 metres squared. If mixing with grass seed do not exceed 5% microclover by weight of the mix. When applying to bare soil do not cover seed. Seed is coated with a germination enhancer (Note: Seed is not coated with a pesticide).

Comments: Dominance in turf increases with wear and tear. Micoclover shades and protects soil, lowers watering needs and helps crowd out weeds. It also fixes turf benefitting nitrogen. Excellent for repairing insect damaged turd. Avoid using nitrogen fertilizers.
