Linden 'Norlin'
Tilia cordata ‘Ronald’ - A hardy little-leaf Linden hybrid. Selected for rapid growth, resistance to leaf spot, good resistance to leaf gall, and resistance to sun scald. They have deep and wide spreading roots. It grows 2-3' per year. Prune in spring. Use Bone Meal when you first plant. Do not fertilize the first year. Fertilize once a year with a balanced granular fertilizer. Do not plant any deeper than it is in the pot. Do not add any soil or mulch around the base of the stem. Water deeply once a week for about 20-30 minutes whether is rains or not. Plant at least 3-4 feet from any foundation.
Zone 3. 13m x 15m. Nutlet fruit with yellow flowers. Pyramidal shape with glossy green foliage turning golden in the fall. Full sun. Adaptable soil. 225cm #10.
Attracts pollinators. Deer resistant.
