Legacy is a rocambole hardneck variety of gourmet garlic. It has a spicy hot flavour and is excellent for roasting or baking. Each bulb produces seven to 12 cloves. It peels easily and stores for four to six months.
Legacy is of the Hardneck garlic varieties. Hardneck means they grow a more rigid stalk and therefore more suitable to a colder climate.
