Brassica oleracea) is a cool-season ornamental annual featuring a tight, flat-topped rosette of deeply fringed, highly crinkled leaves. It grows 8 to 12 inches tall with a 12 to 16-inch spread, showcasing a brilliant ivory-white center surrounded by vibrant green outer foliage. Colors grow more intense after the first frost.
