Early flowering and fast growing, award-winning Digitalis purpurea ‘Dalmatian Peach’ is a popular biennial or short-lived perennial, boasting upright spikes of pendulous, funnel-shaped throats. Blooming profusely from early to mid-summer, the plant forms a low rosette of downy, green, oblong leaves and typically blooms in its first year. The flowers are attractive to hummingbirds, which hover near the tubular blossoms.
