  • FEATURES

This spicy coleus grows quickly to form a robust mass of feathery textured, maroon-red leaves heavily flecked with vibrant chartreuse speckles for a bold bicolor effect. Though colorful in both sun and shade, the red undertones are more dominant in lower light conditions.

Like all ColorBlaze coleus, ColorBlaze Pepper Flakes is bred to take the heat and blooms very late, if at all, extending its garden performance into the fall. This low maintenance annual grows beautifully in containers and is stunning in mass plantings in the landscape.

    Maintenance Notes:

Many people feel that coleus look best before they flower. We have worked hard to choose coleus that bloom late in the season or not at all. To keep foliage in top shape, pinch off the blooms as they appear if you wish.

An application of fertilizer or compost on garden beds and regular fertilization of plants in pots will help ensure the best possible performance.
