Celosia Flamma Red (Celosia argentea plumosa nana) is a compact, dwarf annual celebrated for its vibrant, non-fading red feather plumes. Standing just 8–10 inches tall, this heat-tolerant plant thrives in full sun and is perfect for borders, patio containers, or garden beds from late spring through the first frost. 
Growing Guidelines
  • Sunlight: Requires full sun (at least 6 hours of direct sunlight daily) for the best plume development.
  • Soil: Prefers well-draining, somewhat alkaline soil. Avoid wet, soggy conditions to prevent root rot.
  • Water & Fertilizer: Water regularly while the plant establishes. Feed every 2 weeks using a balanced liquid fertilizer (e.g., 10-52-17) combined with liquid seaweed for robust growth.
  • Maintenance: Deadhead spent blooms to encourage continuous flowering throughout the summer
