Azalea 'Mandarin Lights' - Blooms in early spring with bright mandarin-orange blossoms before the leaves come out for the summer. They have fibrous, shallow roots and grow at a slow rate.  Prune in spring after flowering is done. Use Bone Meal when you first plant. Do not fertilize the first year. Fertilize once a year with a balanced granular fertilizer. Do not plant any deeper than it is in the pot. Do not add any soil or mulch around the base of the stem. Water deeply once a week for about 20-30 minutes whether is rains or not. Plant at least 3-4 feet from any foundation. 

Zone 4. 1.7m W x 1.7m H. Upright, multi-stemmed shape. Mandarin-orange flowers in May. Insignificant fruit on green foliage staying the same colour in the fall. Full sun to part shade. Acid loving soil. 2Gallon.

Attracts pollinators. Not deer resistant.
