Annual Herb: Also know as Roquette. Strong tasting spinach like greens with their delicious nutty flavour are very popular in salads or cooked like spinach. Grows to 1m (3') tall.
Sowing: Sow seeds outdoors in mid to late May or start them inside and transplant after the danger of frost is passed. Space 2.5cm (1") apart and sow 3mm (1/8") deep in a sunny site with average soil.
Comments: Quick growth and a cool season are best for this plant.
