Deeply lobed leaves have a pungent odour and an intense peppery bite. Best used in mixed salads as well as slow cooking dishes such as stews, soups and sauces.

Sowing: Sow seed direct in a sunny spot every 2 weeks during spring as long as the weather remains cool. Sow again in early September for a fall crop.
