Tamarisk 'Pink Cascade'
Tamarix ramosissima 'Pink Cascade' - This plant has fine feathery foliage and has pink flowers. Flowers on new wood along the entire shoot. Can be pruned back to just above the ground in late winter to promote better form and growth for the following year. Blooms on new wood. Use Bone Meal when you first plant and no need to fertilize for the the first year. Fertilize with a balance fertilizer once a year. Water deeply once a week for about 20-30 minutes. Do not plant any deeper than what it is in the pot and do not add soil or mulch around the base of the stems.
Zone 3. 3m W x 4m H. Upright, open shape. Pink flowers in June-August. Insignificant fruit on light green foliage turning and insignificant fall colour. Full sun. Adaptable soil. 3Gallon.
