Lemon Balm Seed Packets
Perennial Herb: A delightful lemon fragrance issues from the leaves that are brushed. Grows to 30cm (12") in containers and 60cm (24") when planted in the garden.
Sowing: Sow seeds outdoors in mid to late May, August and September or start them inside and transplant after the danger of frost is passed. Space 6mm (1/4") apart and sow 4mm (3/16") deep in a sunny site with average soil. Thin to 30cm (12") apart.
Comments: Makes a wonderful tea that helps to calm the nerves and stimulates the heart.
