Days to Harvest: 78. Compact medium headed heritage variety with very few outer leaves and a large ice white heart. Leaves are exceedingly crisp, succulent, and tender. Great in salads.

Sowing: Sow seeds in successive crops every 2 weeks from April to August, as long as weather is cool.

Comments: Harvest by pulling entire plant or cutting leaves at least 2 1/2 cm (1") above the base to encourage new leaf growth.
