Days to Harvest: 80. Leafy, 90 cm (3') high plants produce wide, blue-green leaves that are quite tender and have a delicious, mild cabbage like flavour.

Sowing: Sow seeds outdoors in late May or early June. Grows best in well drained soils.

Comments: After 2 months of growth, begin harvesting by cutting individual leaves rather than pulling entire plant.
