Days to Harvest: 62. Early variety. Resembles Nantes with only length of 9 cm (3.5") and diameter under 1.5 cm. Excellent for canning whole.

Sowing: Sow carrots in open well prepared light soil after the soil temperature rises above 7.5C (45F).

Comments: Keep the seedbed evenly moist avoiding crusting over while the seeds are sprouting. Do not use a high nitrogen fertilizer.
