Days to Harvest: 75. A nearly round open pollinated heritage variety with firm orange coloured flesh. Melons average 15 cm (6") in diameter and average weight is almost 1 kg (2 lb) when fully ripened. Excellent for home gardeners.

Sowing: Best sown indoors mid-April to mid-May or outdoors in late May. Seeds need warm sandy soil and 5-10 days at 21C (70F) to germinate properly.

Comments: Well-rotted manure or organic matter dig into the bottom of each hill is very beneficial.
