Anise Seed Packets
Annual Herb: Leaves and seeds add liquorice flavour to soups, stews, cakes and breads. Grows to 45-60cm (18-24") tall.
Sowing: Sow outdoors in mid to late May or start seeds inside and transplant after danger of frost is passed. Space 2.5cm (1") apart and sow 6mm (1/4") deep in a sunny site with average soil. Row space 45cm (18").
Comments: Harvest seeds when greyish-brown. Harvest leaves at any time.
