Alyssum Seed Packets - Carpet of Snow

Annual: The number one plant for edgings and borders. Very compact 10 cm (4") mound-shaped plants are filled with white fragrant flowers.

Sowing: Start seed indoors 4-6 weeks before last frost. Seed should be covered with about 5 mm (1/4") of fine soil. Germinates at 21C (70F) in 3-5 days. Direct sow outdoors after all danger of frost is past. Transplant hardened-off seedlings into moist soil.

Comments: Blooms in just sex weeks from sowing.
