90 Days To Harvest: Heart of Gold has a luscious, sweet flavor, like a regular cantaloupe, only better! The 4-5 pound fruits will mature even in a cooler summer when regular cantaloupes fail. Approx. 50 seeds per pack.

Sowing: Melon prefer a warm location with light sandy soil. Start outdoors about two weeks after the last frost when soil has completely warmed. Start transplants indoors about three weeks before last frost. Do not disturb tender roots when transplanting. Use a black plastic mulch in cooler area for quicker maturity. Keep plants evenly watered while young.
