Prunus x kerassis SK 'Carmine Jewel' - A hardy multi-stemmed dwarf cherry selected by the University of Saskatchewan. Showy white flowers in spring followed by good sized, tart red cherries that ripen in mid-summer. Self-pollinating, upright and rounded, the hardiest sour (pie) cherry yet.
Zone 2. 3m x 4m. White flowers in spring on green foliage. Full sun. Used for fresh eating, jams and juicing.
